Miles of woodland walks

First, and probably most importantly for your dog, we have miles of delightful woodland walks they can enjoy. From a gentle amble first thing in the morning, or a quick night-time stroll, to a proper hike for a couple of hours or more, we have a huge range of exercise options right on the doorstep that your dog will love. As well as all our on-site opportunities, don’t forget we are in easy reach of the renowned Offa’s Dyke route as well as the popular Shropshire Way, not to mention the famous Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are numerous other trails and paths to enjoy around the nearby pretty towns and villages too.

You don’t need to worry about your dog getting wet and muddy either. We have handy hooks for a leash just outside the front door of the lodge so you can secure your pet while getting them nice and dry with a good rub down before they join you to relax inside. Our lodges have beautiful wooden floors too, which are easy to wipe clean so there are no carpets to worry about either.

Our new tree lodges will also be dog-friendly and these fantastic dwellings on elevated standings have their own enclosed outside space too, giving your beloved pet some freedom to relax, and keep an eye on everything around them, while still enjoying plenty of security.

Our lodges’ well-equipped kitchens come complete with dog bowls to borrow too, so that’s one less thing you need to remember to pack!
